**FAQ**
Do I need access to a gym/weights equipment to take part?
- While having access to weights (via a gym or from home) is beneficial, it is not neccessary.
In fact, I actually advocate a lot of bodyweight exercises to build RAW strength and RAW muscle, all of which you can do easily from home without the need for any weight equipment.
So do not worry, I will tailor your programme according to your needs.
I have a special diet, does this mean I cannot take part?
- Having worked with THOUSANDS of people across the globe, all with varying diets, everything from carnivore to vegan, from pescatarian to paleo, I know EXACTLY how to adapt the programme based on your specific needs.
